Everyone read 117-136 and prepare for discussion. 9.27.13: Researcher: dig up relevant background info on a topic brought up in the reading (author info; time period; setting; historical person). The info should provide more understanding to the book. Questioner: come with open ended questions based on the reading that you feel are important to discuss. Passages: come with key passage to discuss. They should be interesting, puzzling, or important. Make sure you have a reasoning for choosing the passage.

Come with notes for an SRD on Monday. Complete the graphic organizer for essay. First draft of essay is due Wednesday, 10.30.13.
